“Revenge” was an experiment in full-color illustration and tampering with both vector and gradient shading within the image. It was the aim to do something in a similar vein to a graphic novel while still maintaining its own unique edge. It also became a place to test out using water color paints for the blood splatters. Tarantino’s Kill Bill obvious has the heavier influence in its ‘femme fatale’ motif. Altogether, the collection was a lot of fun to work on and something to potentially return to later with animation.
