The interior of this old house, located close to the popular Malvarrosa beach in Valencia, were reinterpreted in its reform to preserve those elements that provided a value and eliminate those that did not.
Housing, occupies the top floor of the old building, which is accessed through a narrow staircase. In this new stage and because only one room and a terrace was needed, the space was conceived as a loft with no partitions, where only the bathroom was isolated.
The interior design has enhanced original, restoring them and combining them with other elements of modern lines. Only added a small platform that seems to float in the middle of space.
