SHH has completed the transformation of a Grade-II listed conservation area property, originally designed at the turn of the last century as one of a series of paired villas, but which had been converted into two apartments in the 1930s when the entrance had been moved.
The brief to SHH was to re-unify the property as a single, four-storey family home, re-locating the entrance in its original position and adding a contemporary, two-storey rear extension, whilst also converting a small neighbouring cottage to sit at the end of the garden to house additional office and gym space, plus guest accommodation.
